Grass-fed, grain-finished means our cattle are raised on pasture and graze on grass for most of their lives. In the final months, they are fed a balanced diet that includes grains to enhance marbling and flavor.
Plan on needing 2.25 cubic feet of freezer space for every 50 pounds of beef. For example, 250 pounds (about 1/2 a cow) won't fit in anything less than 11.2 cubic feet of freezer space. Always budget for extra space!
Our beef is raised with care, from pasture to plate. The grass-fed, grain-finished process ensures rich marbling, superior flavor, and tenderness. Plus, we grow our own feed, giving us complete control over quality.
